Hawk Marketplace - Reward Redemption

Hawk Marketplace platforms and solutions enable the creation, management, and redemption of promotions and rewards programs in retail, ecommerce, financial services and mobile wallets.

• Redesign the current reward redemption flow taking into account responsive layouts across desktop, tablet and phone.

• Update all copy.

• Provide an updated visual design that aligns with current rebrand provided by Awasu Design.

Flow Diagram

We started by creating a flow to map out the expected redemption process in order to serve as a high-level flow diagram and sitemap.

Using Craft and exporting to Invision, I created clickable prototypes to share with clients and team members.
